Michael is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in corporate turnaround restructuring and recovery. He has previously held senior positions at a leading advisory firm and major financial institutions in both front end and restructuring. Michael has also completed a masters in applied finance, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA), Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

Nicholas has a property career spanning over twenty years in a number of roles including lending and structured finance, loans management, project management, development management and valuation. As a registered real estate valuer and with a Masters in Town Planning, Nicholas has been managing distressed real estate since 2005. Nicholas was employed by St Laurence, a New Zealand based property financier, Director in real estate at PPB Advisory, managing director in property at FTI Consulting and most recently a development manager at China Venture.

Anny is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 11 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. Anny has extensive experience with Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangement and Liquidations, having worked in a number of insolvency firms during her career. Anny is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA), Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and is completing her masters in Health Administration.

Michael is a Director and founder of First Focus Management and has over 37 years of experience in major projects in the UK, Continental Europe and Australia. In that time he has undertaken a wide variety of roles from site engineer to foreman, planner, project manager, director, managing director and principal. Projects undertaken include a 50 storey office and air terminal in central Warsaw, the construction of the home of British Telecom in the heart of London, the refurbishment of Fenchurch St Station and the construction of Norwich Unions offices above, the construction of the 44 storey Grosvenor Place and the 32 storey Metroplaza tower and Greenwood shopping centre in North Sydney. Michael has also undertaken numerous roles assisting client’s of National Australia Bank when projects have fallen into difficulty or additional expertise was needed to be injected to secure finance
